AddCalc is a free utility designed to help calculate work hours and schedules. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
The user may use the Service for lawful personal, educational, professional, or business purposes, provided that the Service is not misused, automated in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on the website, or used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, or liabilities that you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction and that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that provision will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, statutory consumer guarantees and rights available in jurisdictions such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the European Union and the European Economic Area, New Zealand, and the United States.
Data entered into the calculator fields is saved locally on your device via localStorage, solely for your convenience (preserving entered times and preferences). This data is not sent to AddCalc servers by the calculator's own features.
Please note that this statement refers only to the data you type into the calculator. Information related to your visit that may be processed by third-party technologies (such as Google) is described in our Privacy Policy.
The user is solely responsible for managing or deleting this data in their own browser, using the site's storage settings.
AddCalc uses the Google tag linked to Google Ads, configured with Google Consent Mode v2. Cookies, local storage, and advertising technologies are only activated in accordance with your choices and as described in our Privacy Policy.
When consent is granted, Google may process information related to the visit (technical browser data, IP address, URL, referrer, date/time, and advertising identifiers) for measurement, attribution, and advertising purposes, in accordance with Google's own policies.
Consent can be managed or withdrawn at any time using the button below or the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
The results provided by this calculator are for personal guidance and estimation purposes only. The user is solely responsible for verifying the calculation of their hours with their employer, Human Resources department, union, or applicable labor legislation.
AddCalc is not responsible for decisions made based on the tool's results, nor for any losses arising from the use of the information generated here.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AddCalc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You are responsible for your unlawful use of the Service and for any material breach of these Terms. Where permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses or reasonable costs directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Service or material breach of these Terms.
The AddCalc name, visual identity, texts, source code, and other site elements are protected by intellectual property legislation. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use of the tool.
AddCalc grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable permission to embed the official AddCalc calculator widget on third-party websites, provided that the widget is used in its original form, the attribution indicated in the embed code is retained, and the embedding site does not use the widget for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
AddCalc may contain links to third-party sites (for example, Google, Google Ads Settings). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites. Accessing external links is the user's sole responsibility.
The processing of information related to use of the site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use. We recommend reading the Policy carefully to understand how AddCalc and its partners handle personal data and browsing information.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence, including applicable consumer protection and data protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects your right to rely on such mandatory provisions.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the site, the services used, or applicable legal requirements. The date of the last update will be indicated at the top of this page.
Material changes will be notified via the website, or by email where appropriate. Where permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide such notice or obtain such consent.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool, in whole or in part, at any time, subject to any rights or notice requirements that may apply under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
